Executive Summary: Operational guidelines regarding booking, session management, call rules, and platform conduct for SunleYar users.
1. User Agreement
By accessing or using the telephonic peer listening services of SunleYar ("Platform", "We", "Us"), you ("User", "Caller") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Audio-Only Telephonic Service (No Video Calls)
SunleYar provides strictly audio telephonic listening sessions. We do not offer, support, or accommodate video calls under any circumstances. Any request or expectation for video communication will be explicitly declined.
3. Registered Phone Number & Post-Payment Lock Policy
Calls will be placed EXCLUSIVELY to the registered phone number provided by the user at the time of booking and payment confirmation.
- No Number Updation: Once payment is completed, no request for updating, modifying, or changing the registered phone number for that booking will be entertained.
- Users must ensure that the phone number entered during checkout is active, correct, and accessible at the time of the call.
4. Dynamic Pricing, Scheduling & Session Timing Rights
- Flexible Packages & Pricing: Service fees, session duration, and package offers are dynamic and subject to update or modification on the website from time to time.
- Session Timing Availability: SunleYar reserves the absolute right to reschedule or adjust session timings based on executive availability, workload, or unforeseen technical issues. Users will be informed of any schedule adjustments.
5. Strict Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy
NO REFUND & NO TRANSFER GUARANTEE: All payments made on SunleYar are final. Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be initiated, issued, or processed under any circumstances (including unutilized sessions, missed calls, or user cancellations).
Furthermore, booked sessions, call packages, and accounts are strictly non-transferable. A user cannot transfer, reassign, or pass their booked call sessions or registered package to any other individual or third party.
6. Absolute Prohibition of Adult & Sexual Content
SunleYar is strictly a clean, respectful, non-clinical listening platform. No adult, sexually explicit, obscene, abusive, or harassing conversation will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Engaging in sexually explicit talk or abusive behavior will result in immediate call termination.
- The offending user's account will be permanently banned with zero entitlement to refunds.
- Illegal or harassing behavior may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
7. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
